Your Questions, Answered

  • What training programs do you offer?
We offer Puppy Classes, Basic Obedience, Intermediate Training, Trail Class, group classes, private lessons (on-site and in-home), Education Daycare, and Training & Boarding programs at multiple levels.

Which class is best for my dog?
The best class depends on your dog’s age, training experience, and goals. Puppies typically start in Puppy Class, while older dogs begin with Basic Obedience before progressing to Intermediate and Trail Class. If you’re unsure, we recommend scheduling a phone call to help determine the best fit.

What is the difference between Puppy, Basic, Intermediate, and Trail classes?
Puppy Class focuses on early foundations and development. Basic Class teaches core obedience commands. Intermediate builds reliability by adding distractions, distance, and duration. Trail Class applies those skills in real-world outdoor environments.

How do I know if my dog is ready for the next level?
Dogs are typically ready to advance once they demonstrate consistency and understanding at their current level. Our trainers are happy to guide you on when it’s time to move forward.

  • How do I register for a class?
All class registrations must be completed by phone. This allows us to ensure the class is the right fit for you and your dog.

Do I need to call to enroll?
Yes. A phone call is required to register for all classes and lessons.

What days and times are classes held?
Classes are held Monday evenings starting at 6:00 PM, Tuesday evenings starting at 6:00 PM, and Saturdays beginning at 9:00 AM.

Can I switch class days if my schedule changes?

We require all dogs to be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella. These requirements help ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care.

Are vaccinations required for all services?
Yes. Age-appropriate vaccinations are required for participation in training classes, daycare, and boarding. Specific requirements may vary depending on your dog’s age and the program selected.

Can my puppy attend before completing all vaccinations?
Yes. Puppies under 12 weeks of age who have not yet completed all vaccinations may participate in select lessons designed specifically for young puppies. Please call to discuss eligibility.

Do you accept proof of vaccination from my veterinarian?

  • What is the difference between on-site and in-home lessons?
On-site lessons take place at our facility and focus on structured training. In-home lessons address behaviors occurring in the home environment, such as barking, transitions, or environmental changes.

When should I choose a private lesson instead of a class?
Private lessons are ideal when classes don’t fit your schedule, your dog needs individualized attention, or specific behaviors need to be addressed.

    How long are private lessons?
Private lessons are one hour in length.

Daycare and boarding reservations can be made through our online portal, by phone call, or in person at our facility.

Are evaluations required before attending daycare or boarding?
